Kelly Clarkson is an American artist and singer. She has become the nation's favorite when she won the American Idol title in the initial season of the show. The win not only catapulted her to fame and acclaim, but it also earned the singer a multi-album contract together with RCA Records 19 Recordings and 'S Records. Since then, she has released many album studios. Three have reached the US Billboard 200 charts while other albums were just a hair way away. Her name is among the biggest artists that come out of her participation in the American Idol series. The singer began to play around with themes and music when her popularity was growing. The singer received critical acclaim as well as numerous important awards for her creativity and singing prowess. She was awarded the Grammy Award is her most prestigious prize. In addition to her musical professional career, she has worked in film and TV. She is also the writer of the novel for children called River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and involved with many charities.
